AI Terms

Terms governing the use of Keploy's AI-powered features and services

1Introduction

These AI Terms ("AI Terms") govern Customer's access to and use of AI-powered products and services made available by Keploy as part of the Keploy Services ("Keploy AI Services").

These AI Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Terms of Service or any applicable subscription agreement between Customer and Keploy. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

Acceptance

By using Keploy AI Services, Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these AI Terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

2Customer Responsibilities

2.1Appropriate Use

Customer shall use Keploy AI Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with theAcceptable Use Policy
Customer is responsible for all Inputs provided to and Outputs generated through Keploy AI Services
Customer shall ensure that all Inputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe any third-party rights

2.2Human Oversight

Human Review Required

Customer must apply appropriate human review and judgment before relying on AI-generated Outputs for software release, compliance decisions, or other critical purposes.

2.3No Misuse

Prohibited Activities

Customer shall not use Keploy AI Services to:

Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to bypass AI safeguards or filters
Train competing AI models using Outputs
Engage in activities prohibited by the EU AI Act or other applicable AI regulations

3Keploy Responsibilities & Commitments

Security

Keploy will maintain appropriate security measures to protect AI Data in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.

Transparency

Keploy will provide transparency about AI capabilities and limitations through Documentation.

Data Protection

Keploy will process AI Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Continuous Improvement

Keploy will work to improve AI accuracy and reduce potential biases in Outputs.

4Business Ethics & AI Principles

Keploy's AI Services are developed and operated in accordance with our AI Principles:

Responsible: We develop AI that is safe, reliable, and beneficial
Transparent: We are open about our AI capabilities and limitations
Secure: We protect AI systems and data with robust security measures
Fair: We work to prevent bias and ensure equitable outcomes
Human-Centric: We design AI to augment human capabilities, not replace human judgment

5.1Third-Party AI Models

Keploy AI Services may incorporate third-party AI models or services. Customer acknowledges that use of such components may be subject to additional terms.

5.2Updates

Keploy may update these AI Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

THE KEPLOY AI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. KEPLOY DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF AI OUTPUTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6Definitions

Acceptable Use Policy

Keploy's Acceptable Use Policy.

AI Data

Inputs and Outputs that do not constitute personally identifiable information.

Inputs

Data, prompts, instructions, or other content provided by Customer to Keploy AI Services.

Outputs

Results, responses, code, test cases, or other content generated by Keploy AI Services based on Inputs.

Keploy AI Services

AI-powered products and services made available by Keploy, including but not limited to AI-assisted test generation, code analysis, and intelligent automation features.
